Shipping and Return Policy

Our products are handcrafted and are made to order please allow 7-14 business days (this excludes weekends + holidays). All other shipping options simply indicate transit and not delivery timing. Should shipping of your order, for any reason, be delayed more than expected time frame, we will let you know. All Orders are shipped only on Mondays.

You can expect a shipping confirmation email from us once your order goes out. This email is sent to the email on your account or the one you include at checkout so please be sure this is correct if you wish to receive order confirmations. Using the link included, you may request updates through our shipping service provider to receive notice of any delivery exceptions, delivery confirmation, etc. Crown to Earth isn’t responsible for any loss, stolen or damaged items. Crown to Earth packages come with insurance. All claims should be made vis USPS.

Order not received/Incorrect address

We are not responsible for loss, stolen or damaged items and shipments shown as “delivered” in the tracking info. Crown to Earth packages come with insurance. All claims should be made vis USPS. We will do our best to work with you should such points of confusion arise. If your building is not secure, we suggest requesting a required signature for delivery. Please contact our Support team at CrownToEarth.info@gmail.com to arrange this type of delivery service as we do not include this service with standard shipping. 

If a shipment was sent to an incorrectly entered address, the cost to reship is the sole responsibility of the ordering party. We will do our best to remedy incorrect addresses if you call or email us immediately. As shipping turnaround can be pretty immediate, it is difficult to ensure this can be done in all cases.

Returns

Due to the nature of all items being handcrafted in small batches or to order all sales are final. If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately by emailing info@CrownToEarth.com with subject line “Damage CTE”. We will replace any damaged item/s provided they are reported with photos and within 24 hours of order delivery. Damaged shipments will require evidence in order to file a claim with the carrier so please take clear photos of the damage upon receiving (before unpacking).

International Shipping

We are not offering international shipping at this time.

Disclaimer

Due to the nature of the product, your natural product(s) may melt in transit during the warmer months. To minimize this we ask that you provide a shipping address of a location where the mail is delivered inside. Should your natural product(s) melt, you can use it melted or put it in the refrigerator to solidify. Although it may not regain its original texture, it will maintain its amazing scent and moisturizing properties. We do not offer exchanges or refunds if the natural products melts.
